You can return the product(s) you have purchased within 14 days from the delivery date without giving any reason under the following conditions:
You need to create a return request by selecting the product(s) you want to return with the easy return option on thetinygreen.com. You need to deliver your products to the Yurtiçi Kargo branch within 7 days with the return code shared with you. We kindly ask you to write your Return Code on the box of the products in a way that it can be easily seen, read and not deleted by the cargo officer. You need to fill out this return request form and deliver and send the product(s) you will return to Yurtiçi Kargo company with the tiny green return code. If you give the tiny green Return Code to Yurtiçi Kargo company, the shipping fee will be covered by us and you will not need to provide return address information. We kindly ask you to state the tiny green return Code and your Customer Order Number on the box of the products in a way that it can be easily seen, read and not deleted by the relevant cargo officer.
For shipments made with companies other than the above mentioned cargo companies, the payment must be covered by you, otherwise the shipment will not be received. The product must not be damaged, its original package, box, packaging must be undamaged, complete with all its accessories, unused or resalable, and if available, it must be returned in its own special box as it was sent to you. There is no legal right of withdrawal for the following products, even if they are unused:
Products or services whose prices change depending on fluctuations in financial markets and are not under the control of the Seller,
Products prepared in line with the Buyer's requests or personal needs (those that are customized to the person/personal needs by making changes/additions),
Products that can spoil quickly or whose expiration date may have passed,
Products that are not suitable for return in terms of health and hygiene because their protective elements such as packaging, tape, seal, package have been opened after delivery;
Products that are not suitable for return in terms of health and hygiene if they have been opened, used and tried after delivery; such as body cream, body oil, body lotion, etc. products,
Products that are mixed with other products after delivery and cannot be separated by nature,
Services that are started to be performed with the Buyer's approval before the expiration of the right of withdrawal period.
Partial returns are not accepted for promotional or campaign products. In case of return, all products must be returned collectively. If one of the promotional or campaign products is returned, the promotional terms will be eliminated and the non-promotional price will be applied for the product that is not returned.
If the Customer returns the product, the product price will be refunded within fourteen (14) days from the moment the notification regarding the right of withdrawal reaches us. In cases where the Buyer does not pay the shipping fee due to the campaign, the Seller has the right to deduct the shipping fee from the total sales amount in case the order subject to the campaign is canceled. When a product for which the shipping fee has been paid is returned, only the amount written on the product's invoice will be refunded; the paid shipping fee will not be refunded.
If the product invoice is issued in the name of an institution, you must send it with a return invoice issued by the institution, excluding the shipping fee, in the form of ‘Product Unit Price + VAT’; otherwise, the product cannot be returned. An “Easy Return Request” must be created through our website and delivered to the Yurtiçi Kargo branch together with the return invoice.
